The International Bunker Industry Association on Monday (23 May) announced its one-day New Regional Dynamics & the Move to a Green Shipping Future conference in Turkey.
The conference will be held physically in Turkey, Istanbul, 22 June at the Raffles Hotel.
IBIA said it expects to attract shipowners, bunker buyers, leading bunker suppliers, bunker traders, bunker brokers, and other industry stakeholders at the event.
Geopolitical events in recent months have created a massive disruption in global oil, shipping and bunker markets.
“Therefore we will discuss these short- and long-term impacts and how they have been particularly destabilising to Turkey, the Black Sea and the Mediterranean,” stated IBIA.
