Two notices were published in the Government Gazette on Monday (1 February) regarding the voluntary winding up of Greenship Bulk 1 Pte Ltd.
In the first notice, Farid Khan Bin Kaim Khan, Director of Greenship Bulk 1 announced the company would be wound up following a special resolution that was passed on Wednesday, 27 January, 2021.
The appointed liquidators for the winding up process are Messrs. Lin Yueh Hung and Ng Kian Kiat.
In the second notice, creditors of the company are required to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) by Tuesday, 2 March to the appointed liquidators.
Creditors might be required by notice in writing by the liquidators to personally or via their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at a time and place specified in the notice, or risk being excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
