Grant Thornton Singapore Private Limited has been appointed as joint and several provisional liquidators of Nan King Maritime (Pte.) Ltd. on 13 September and a creditors meeting has been scheduled, according to notices on the Government Gazette.
The electronic meeting of creditors will be held on 7 October at 10:00 am for the purpose of allowing the creditors of Nan King Maritime to consider, and if thought fit, pass the resolutions set out below:

A copy of the detailed agenda for the meeting of creditors of Nan King Maritime on the aforementioned date and time has been circulated to all known creditors of the company via registered post and email.
Any creditor of Nan King Maritime who has not received the detailed agenda is invited to contact the company’s representatives at Ms. Gwee Hui Fang (huifang.gwee@sg.gt.com) and Ms. Yuen Ling Wong (yuen.wong@sg.gt.com) where upon satisfactory verification, a copy of the detailed agenda will be provided.
