Bunkering firm Eleven Energy hires Konstantin Kaminski as Head of Technology

Saudi-based bunkering firm Eleven Energy on Friday (19 December) announced the appointment of Konstantin Kaminski as Head of Technology, marking a milestone in the Group’s continued development toward a more digitally enabled global energy and bunkering platform.

In parallel with this appointment, Eleven Energy confirmed the upcoming launch of its new online procurement and trading platform, ElevenX, which is scheduled to go live on 5 January 2026. 

“The platform has already secured its first clients ahead of launch, underlining strong market appetite for more flexible and transparent digital solutions in bunker procurement,” the company said. 

ElevenX represents the next natural step in Eleven Energy’s strategy to provide clients with optionality in how they purchase marine fuels. Clients will continue to have full access to Eleven Energy’s traditional, relationship-driven bunker trading model, while now also being able to transact through a digitalised, technology-led environment that enhances efficiency, transparency, and speed.

Manifold Times previously reported His Royal Highness, Prince Abdulaziz Al Saud bin Turki, announcing the launch of Eleven Energy, a key division of Eleven Ventures, created to drive forward Saudi Arabia’s ambitions in the global energy sector.
