A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Thursday (28 January) regarding the winding up application for Sinopacific Shipping Pte Ltd.
The application was filed by BBC Chartering Carrier GmbH & Co KG on Monday (11 January) as a creditor of the company and a hearing has been scheduled for 10.00 am, Friday (5 February) at the General Division of the High Court of Singapore.
Any creditor or contributory of the company who wishes to support or oppose the making of an order on the winding up application may appear at hearing by himself or his counsel.
According to the notice, anyone who intends to appear at the hearing of the winding up application must serve on or send by post to the BBC Chartering’s solicitors notice in writing of his intention to do so at the address below.
The notice must state the name and address of the person, or, if a firm, the name and address of the firm, and must be signed by the person, firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served in sufficient time to reach the address not later than 5.00 pm of Monday, 1 February (at least 3 clear working days before the day appointed for the hearing of the application).
