Singapore: High Court to hear Joint Rainbow Shipping winding up application on 14 Nov

An application for the winding up of Joint Rainbow Shipping Pte Ltd was filed by a creditor, British Virgin Islands-registered company Golden Safe Shipping Co Ltd, on 22 October, according to Thursday (6 November) notice on the Government Gazette.

It noted the winding up application is directed to be heard before the Judge sitting in the General Division of the High Court at 10am on 14 November.

Any creditor or contributory of the company desiring to support or oppose the making of an order on the winding up application may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the winding up application will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the company requiring the copy of the winding up application by the solicitors of the applicant’s, DennisMathiew, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The Applicant’s address is Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands.

The Applicant’s solicitors are DennisMathiew of 7500A Beach Road, #14-324 The Plaza, Singapore 199591.

Note: Any person who intends to appear at the hearing of the winding up application must serve on or send by post or by e-mail ([email protected] / [email protected]) to DennisMathiew, notice in writing of his intention to do so. The notice must state the name and address of the person, or, if a firm, the name and address of the firm, and must be signed by the person, firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the abovenamed not later than 12 o’clock noon of 11 November 2025 (at least 3 clear working days before the day appointed for the hearing of the winding up application).
