High Court of Singapore issues winding up order against LNG Easy (S)

China-based Shanghai Hengda (Jituan) Youxian Gongsi filed a winding up application against LNG Easy (S) on 25 June; creditors of LNG Easy (S) should file their proof of debt with the liquidators.

The High Court of Singapore on 18 July issued a winding up order to LNG Easy (S) Private Limited, according to a Friday (25 July) notice on the Government Gazette.

The winding up application was filed by China-based Shanghai Hengda (Jituan) Youxian Gongsi on 25 June.

The winding up order also included the following names and address of several liquidators:

Mr. Tan Wei Cheong
Mr. Lim Loo Khoon
c/o Deloitte & Touche LLP
6 Shenton Way,
#33-00 OUE Downtown
Singapore 068809

All creditors of LNG Easy (S) should file their proof of debt with the liquidators who will be administering all affairs of the company.
