Liquidator schedules final meeting for WWL Shipowning Singapore Pte Ltd

The final meeting of members for WWL Shipowning Singapore Pte Ltd, has been scheduled to take place on 3 April, according to the company’s liquidator on a notice posted on Monday (3 March) on the Government Gazette.

The meeting will be held at 7 Straits View, Marina One East Tower, Level 12, Singapore 018936 at 10am. 

It is being held for the purpose of receiving an account from the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator. 

According to SGPBusiness, a business directory for companies registered in Singapore, the company’s principal activity is in shipping, including chartering of ships and boats with crews.

Last year, Manifold Times reported several notices were published to inform the passing of several resolutions for WWL Shipowning Singapore including that it would be wound up voluntarily. 

Creditors were also called to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the liquidator.

The meetings will be held at 10.30am at 190 Middle Road #17-05 Fortune Centre Singapore 188979. 

The meeting is being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
