Singapore: Final meeting of company scheduled for Xihe Capital subsidiary

Final meeting of Xin Rui Shipping will be held via electronic means on 26 March to show the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and to hear any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

The final meeting of Xihe Capital Pte Ltd subsidiary Xin Rui Shipping Pte Ltd has been arranged by its liquidator, according to a Friday (28 February) notice posted on the Government Gazette. 

Xihe Capital Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries are owned by the Lim family, who are also the owners of the embattled Hin Leong Trading.

The meeting will be held via electronic means on 26 March at 2pm.

The meeting will be held for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

It will also be held to consent to the release of the liquidator upon the dissolution of the company and thereby discharge them from all liabilities in respect of any act done or default made by the liquidator in the administration of the affairs of the company.
