Norwegian Oil Trading changes name to Norwegian Energy Trading

Bunker brokerage Norwegian Oil Trading on Tuesday (27 August) announced it has decided to change its company name to Norwegian Energy Trading.
The name change will take place on 2 September 2024.
The firm said the new name will reflect its transition towards a more sustainable future.
“To prepare for a future with a diversified energy demand for shipping and to refresh our visual identity, we have decided to change our company name to Norwegian Energy Trading AS,” it said in a statement.
The firm’s ownership, company registration, financial position and employees all will remain the same.
