Annual general meetings for Nan Ya Maritime are to be held on 13 August at the following times:

Annual general meeting for Hua Xin Shipping are to be held on 7 August at the following times:

For the company: 2.00pm
For the creditors: 3.00pm

Annual general meetings for Hua Guang Shipping are to be held on 7 August at the following times:

For the company: 10.00 am
For the creditors: 11.00 am
