Singapore: Final general meeting scheduled for Integrity Bulk Pte Ltd

Meeting will be held by electronic means by way of video conference via Zoom at 3pm to hear any explanation given by liquidators, according to Government Gazette notice.
The final general meeting of Singapore-based firm Integrity Bulk Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 29 July, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Tuesday (2 January) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will be held by electronic means by way of video conference via Zoom at 3pm.
The meetings are being held for the purpose of:
- Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and
- Hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.
