Singapore: Liquidators schedule final meeting for Hengli Oilchem Pte Ltd

The final meeting of Hengli Oilchem Pte Ltd, the trading arm of China-based chemical producer Hengli Group, has been scheduled to take place on 22 January, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Friday (22 December) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will be held at 11am at 144 Robinson Road, #14-02 Robinson Square, Singapore 068908.
It will be held for the purposes of having accounts laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
