Singapore: Final meetings scheduled for Athena Maritime and related companies

The final meetings of Athena Maritime Pte Ltd and related companies have been scheduled to take place on 14 November, according to the company’s joint and several liquidators on a notice posted on Friday (13 October) on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Atlantic Ensenada Pte Ltd and Atlantic Merida Pte Ltd.
The meetings will be held at the following times:
- Athena Maritime at 9am
- Atlantic Ensenada at 9.30am
- Atlantic Merida at 10am
The meetings are being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the respective company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.
