Singapore: Liquidators schedule final meeting for Gram Car Carriers Holdings

Meeting will held at 10 Anson Road, #29-16 International Plaza, Singapore 079903 on 12 October 2023 at 11.00 am to hear any explanation by liquidators, according to Government Gazette notice.
The final meeting of Gram Car Carriers Holdings Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 12 October, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Monday (11 September) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will held at 10 Anson Road, #29-16 International Plaza, Singapore 079903 on 12 October 2023 at 11.00 am.
The meeting is being held for the purpose of:
- having an account laid before the members showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of; and
- hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.
