Singapore: Final meeting scheduled for Lewek Shipping and Lewek Aries

The final meetings of Lewek Shipping Pte Ltd and Lewek Aries Pte Ltd have been scheduled to take place on 24 August, according to the company’s joint and several liquidators on a notice posted on Monday (24 July) on the Government Gazette.
The meetings will be held at 144 Robinson Road #14-02 Robinson Square, Singapore 068908 on the 24th day of August 2023 at 10 am and 11 am respectively.
The meetings are being held for the purposes of having accounts laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding-ups have been conducted and hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
