Several notices were published on the Government Gazette on Wednesday (28 June) regarding the annual general meetings to be held electronically on 12 and 13 July 2023 for Xihe Holdings subsidiaries Hua Guang Shipping Pte. Ltd., Hua Xin Shipping Pte. Ltd., Nan Sia Maritime (Pte.) Ltd. and Xin Ya Shipping & Trading (Pte) Ltd.
Annual general meetings for Xin Ya Shipping & Trading are to be held on 12 July at the following times:
For the company: 2.00 pm
For the creditors: 3.00 pm
Annual general meetings for Nan Sia Maritime are to be held on 12 July at the following times:
For the company: 10.00 am
For the creditors: 11.00 am
Annual general meetings for Hua Xin Shipping are to be held on 13 July at the following times:
For the company: 2.00 pm
For the creditors: 3.00 pm
Annual general meetings for Hua Guang Shipping are to be held on 13 July at the following times:
For the company: 10.00 am
For the creditors: 11.00 am
The agenda for all the meetings are:
- To receive an update on the liquidation.
- To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up.
