Singapore: Final meeting scheduled for Mandala Energy Management and related companies

The final meeting of Mandala Energy Management and related companies has been scheduled to take place on 30 June, according to the company’s joint liquidators on a notice posted on Thursday (1 June) on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Mandala Sumbagsel Pte Ltd and Mandala Merangin III Pte Ltd.
The meeting will be held via teleconference at 10 am for the purposes of:
- of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and
- hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
