Singapore: Liquidators schedule final meeting for Aster Marine Pte Ltd

Meeting will be held electronically at 10am on 27 June to hear any explanation given by liquidators, according to a Government Gazette notice.

The final meeting of Aster Marine Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 27 June, according to the company’s joint liquidators on a notice posted on Friday (26 May) on the Government Gazette.

The meeting will be held will be held by electronic means at 10 am for the purposes of:

(a) Receiving the Liquidators’ report showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators;
(b) Approving the Liquidators’ fees and expenses; and
(c) Any other business.

Note:Proxies must be lodged with the Liquidators no later than 4 pm on Monday, 26 June 2023 or on the day before any adjourned meeting thereof.
