Singapore: IBIA and MPA representatives meet to discuss potential collaboration

The International Bunker Industry Association Asia on Tuesday (4 April) said its board members met with Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) to discuss potential collaboration between them.

Regional Manager (Asia), Siti Noraini Zaini said MPA Chief Executive, Mr. Eng Dih Teo, Assistant Chief Executive (Operations), Captain M Segar, Senior Director of Operations & Marine Services Capt. Daknash Ganasen and their team met with IBIA. 

“We would like to thank MPA for their valuable time and for a very fruitful discussion. IBIA looks forward to being part of Singapore’s decarbonisation and sustainability journey,” she said in a social media post. 

VPS Managing Director, Rahul Choudhari and Methanol Institute Chief Operating Officer, Chris Chatterton were also present for the discussion.
