Singapore: Xihe Holdings subsidiaries Xin Bo Shipping, An Guang Shipping to be wound up

Grant Thornton Singapore has been selected as joint and several liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up, according to a Government Gazette notice.

Xin Bo Shipping (UEN 199003660R) and An Guang Shipping Pte Ltd (UEN 201401215K), both subsidiaries of Xihe Holdings Pte Ltd, will be wounded up, according to a Monday (7 March) Government Gazette notice.

Paresh Tribhovan Jotangia and Ho May Kee of Grant Thornton Singapore Private Limited c/o 8 Marina View, #40-04/05 Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960 be appointed as joint and several liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up.
