Liquidators appointed for winding up another Xihe Holdings subsidiary

A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Monday (21 February) regarding the appointment of Paresh Jotangia and Ho May Kee of Grant Thornton Singapore as joint and several liquidators of another Xihe Holdings Pte Ltd subsidiary company for the purpose of winding-up the company.
The subsidiary company mentioned in the notice was Dong Sheng Tankers Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003654G).
According to the notice signed by Gavin Mark McIntyre, the Director of the above named company, an ordinary resolution was also passed to change the registered office to a different address:
