The final creditors meeting for Raffles Bunkering Pte. Ltd. (Co. Reg. No. 200301809Z) will be held at 28 Biopolis Road, Wilmar International, Singapore 138568 on Friday (7 January, 2022) at 11:30 am, according to a Monday (6 December) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
Purposes of the meeting are:
- To receive the Liquidator’s accounts showing how the winding-up has been conducted and hear any explanations thereon.
- To resolve the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
Name of liquidator: Liew Khee Soon
Note: A member qualified to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote in his place and a proxy need not be a member of the company.
