Singapore: Creditors meeting scheduled for Guidance Marine Pte Ltd in September

Liquidators will be appointed during upcoming meeting; Guidance Marine Pte Ltd is the trading subsidiary of Guidance Marine Ltd, a subsidiary of Wartsila.
A creditors meeting of Guidance Marine Pte Ltd (Reg. no. 201505940E) has been scheduled for 6 September 2021 at 3:00 p.m., according to a Wednesday (25 August) notice on the Government Gazette.
The purpose of the meeting will be for:
- receiving a statement of the Company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims;
- appointing liquidators;
- appointing a committee of inspection of not more than 5 members, if thought fit; and
- any other business.
Guidance Marine Pte Ltd is the trading subsidiary of Guidance Marine Ltd (GM), a subsidiary of Wartsila, according to GM’s official website.
The Singapore firm provides local sales and service of CyScan, RadaScan, Mini RadaScan and Artemis spare parts as well as complete system sales, amongst other services.
