Last day for receiving proofs of debt from creditors is 30 April 2021, according to post published on the Government Gazette on 16 April 5pm SGT.
A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Friday (16 April) 5pm SGT regarding the creditor’ voluntary liquidation of Harley Marine Asia Pte. Ltd.
The document informed of an intended dividend declaration from the company’s Liquidators.
It stated the last day for receiving proofs of debt from creditors is Friday, 30 April 2021.
