Due to unauthorised anchoring as tanker failed to produce permission from the Director of the Sea, it says.

Agensi Penguatkuasaan Maritim Malaysia, also known as Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA), said it has detained a ship for unauthorised anchoring in the waters of East Johor on Monday (18 June).
The Panama-registered tanker was arrested by a patrol vessel at four nautical miles East from Tanjung Penyusop.
The detention was conducted after the inspection found the tanker failing to produce any permission from the Director of the Sea.
