CHIMBUSCO subsidiary enters charter contract with Dalian Tanker

CHIMBUSCO Shipping Company Limited, a subsidiary of China Marine Bunker (PetroChina) Co., Ltd. (CHIMBUSCO), Monday entered into a Second Time Charter Party with COSCO SHIPPING Tanker (Dalian) Co., Ltd (Dalian Tanker).

The three-month time charter contract is effective from the second delivery date of the Aframax oil products tanker at US$12,500 per day, for a maximum consideration of US$1,337,500, said a statement from COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation, the parent firm of Dalian Tanker.

The Second Time Charter Party contract builds upon the First Time Charter Party with Dalian Tanker on 9 April 2018.

Further details regarding the delivery date were unavailable from the COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation statement.

CHIMBUSCO is primarily engaged in the supply of bunker oils, marine lubricants and fresh water to international shipping vessels and coastal vessels, as well as the trading and provision of transportation and storage services for various oil products.
