Dan-Bunkering arrested “Megacore Honami” put up for sale by court
The chemical and oil carrier Megacore Honami (IMO No. 9456070) has been put up for sale by the Sheriff’s office at the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on Monday (9 September).
The 36,955 dwt vessel is currently laying afloat at Eastern Special Purpose Anchorage, Singapore; it has been arrested and held at the location by legal representatives of Dan-Bunkering (Monaco) S.A.M. since 22 October, 2018.
Dan-Bunkering is claiming a total US $328,350.67 from two unpaid bunkering contracts issued in November 2017 for the delivery of marine fuel and lubricants to the vessel.
The net value of bunkers on board Megacore Honami is SG $178,629.
Interested parties will need to contact the sheriff’s office no later than 3.00pm, on Wednesday (9 October).
